wait or not to get the 1020

im in south east asia, should i wait for the 1020 to be release here or get the unlocked version from the US?

I don't believe you can get an unlocked one from the states unless att have changed their policies and lifted the 6 months wait.

plus LTE won't work for you if LTE is a big deal.
