What carrier / country? I thought everything still depended on ISIS in the US.

I have tmo, havent tried It yet, since its not branded phone I thought it does not have to be Isis just like nexus devices since the option is there?

Ummmm...I have no idea. I haven't looked into it all that much because I thought it was a complete dead end.
