Wanna buy a 1320, but have several issues

In settings under Background tasks u can enable and disable apps that can run in the background.

Definitely UC browser, its got a whole host of features that I.E don't have like background download and exporting files to SD card plus saving webpages offline and speed mode when on slow net.
