recently I did another hard reset an I was setting up stuff n had to download stuff so I did it thru the wifi on my router but when I was turnin off the wifi in the phone I clicked the advanced thingy n where it connects to public wifi it has a thing to automaticly had over info if asked for it and by default its set to just connect and guess what it gives out ur name phone number and stuff if its in ur Microsoft account and ur phone number to its in the wifi sense

You can always leave that blank and untick the box that says "provide a name email or phone when required"

ya I see that now but when I found it it had a phone number already in there an it wasn't mine I don't know whos it was I didn't put it there so that was a mystery

I do believe that it autofills some random information for you to when wifi networks wont let you connect without it.
