Warranty and Walmart?

Thinking I might have a faulty device when using the hot spot on my 640 it tethers slow speeds. I use the same sim in my 635 and tethered to my xbox one it fired it up no problems launched Xbox music and streamed a few songs. In my 640 its noticeably longer to launch xbox music and wont play music until MAYBE 5-10 min later If it plays at all..

Anyone else having issues? How does walmart handle their warranties on their phones could I just go there and swap phones or is it more to I than that

There is a 15 day return policy on Prepaid phones.

You can always ask MSFT to replace it via their warranty portal as well.
