warranty validation of windows phone

i have a lumia 520 i am updated the windows8.1 through preview for developers i have been checked my warranty but it is showing my mobile is out of warranty is update 8.1 through preview for developers can violate our warrant?

Vinay I am guessing here you are from India ? When did you purchased your Lumia 520 ? Usually devices get 1 year warranty. :smile:

When you install the DP, it's very clear that doing so may invalidate the warranty.
That said, it's down to the consumer laws in whichever country you're in.
