Hey everyone, I would like to send my 830 for warranty. Did anyone have experience in Canada or USA? I have about 6 problems with the phone one being the reboot issue. Do you think they would reject my warranty because I have so many issues? Or will they fix it provide me a new 830? Thanks in advance.

Depends on where you bought your phone from. If MS has already acknowledged the warranty then they will entertain in. I had a prototype RM-985 which had warranty in the US. I send it for warranty repair due to random reboot issues and MS replaced it with a brand new RM-985

I actually bought it from TELUS but I don't actually trust that they will send it to Microsoft. I think they will send it to their own repair center in which they will probably not fix all issues that I have. I have about 6 issues.

At the end of troubleshooting steps it asks if you want to mail your device (at least in the US) and lets you print off a mailing label to be shipped to their repair center

Yes I did that already but told me to ship it by me paying for shipping.

Wow...that's weird. I guess MS does care about its users more in the US that Canada
