, I came to get my Surface Book pre-order. But there was a line of about 15 people waiting for the store to open. One of whom had a bag from the Apple Store as well!
This was 10am on a Friday morning, so that's not too bad. I couldn't help but notice that for the first time - the Microsoft Store seemed far more appealing than the Apple store just down the hall. The Apple store felt cold and blase. The Microsoft Store felt colorful, it seemed like the products were more interesting (not to mention the Master Chief based Halo ads also added an air of differentiation).
Hope everyone loves their Band 2! My wife still uses her Band 1 all the time. I might get her a Band 2 after reading more of your folks' reviews.
