Was I cheated?

I am puzzled. When I go to about in my Lumia 1520 I get the following information:
Name: Nokia Lumia 920
Model: NOKIA Lumia 1520

My previous phone was 920 and I restored my account data from there. But would it have any effect?

I bought it in a big store less than a week so can replace it.

You just kept the name of your previous phone when you restored this one to that restore point.

If you restored your 1520 using the latest backup (in this case, your last one was from your 920) then the name of your 920 will carry over to the 1520. You can change the name of your 1520 by logging into the Windows Phone website and changing it from your account settings, or by plugging your phone into your computer and using the Windows Phone app.
