Was there a Windows Hello update?

I noticed my Windows Hello was not working. I went in and it showed that it was not set up. I was wondering if this was because there was an update, or did I have another issue. I do not know how to check. I am really liking the hello function. I found out that if you actually hold the phone properly and look at the right spot, it is nearly instant. That is without glasses. When I have glasses on, very strong prescription, it can take a few seconds.


Another thing, when it says move closer, the issue may be you are not looking at the right spot. I hold the phone about a foot away to sign in.

There was an update for the Lumia 950 and 950XL.

Not sure if that update included anything about Hello, but I recommend trying a soft reset at least.
