That's a old CONCEPT of operating system made by a developer on a original windows pc tablet. It's a script, no a o.s. neither a phone, and it will never exists (elesewhere the creator colud make a custom ROM to install after a interop unlock)

I don't like it. Seems needlessly busy or complicated in some spots but its still excellent work.

The "position of Windows" wouldn't change much as long as Microsoft doesn't care.
