Way to change outlook account associated with phone?

Lost my outlook password. Went thu everything trying to get it back. No luck. So, my question is...is there a way to change the outlook account to another outlook account without being able to get into the first one. My phone won't update any apps. ?

Your only option is to factory reset (hard reset) your phone.
