ways to stop screen from time out?

When I was using 920 with WP8.1, I had this setting that the screen never times out, which comes in handy for twitter, stock quote streaming, etc etc. But I couldn't find such setting on my ATT 950. The longest I can set is 5 minutes. I understand this could be due to different screen technology(OLED, IPS, etc etc), but is it possible to stop screen from timing out at all?

An app can request no timeout (for instance for video). But if the option is not in the settings then you cannot do it any other way.

(I mean I guess a little robot that tabs the screen would do it, but I don't think you're after that kind of suggestion)
