No... as a mater of fact, that's the entire point of the only story I know that involves a golden apple. So where did u hear a story that involves eating a golden apple?

I heard that someone eat it and it was the best apple in the world, must have been a good apple.

Also on Minecraft you can eat golden apple and you get extra health for a limited time.
