WC not accessable - Incapsula

Just an FYI

Since yesterday evening until just a few minutes ago, I couldn't access any of WC. Instead, after a long wait, I would get a page from Encapsula saying error code 20, TCP connection Timeout for WindowsCenteal.com.

WC uses Encapsula and Encapsula blames WC for the problem. So don't know who fixed what but I hope it doesn't happen again.

I'm pretty sure it didn't effect everyone because Google has cached versions of the pages during the problem.

So if WC isn't aware this was happening and didn't do something on their end to fix this, they might want to talk to Encapsula to make sure there isn't a repeat.

I too am having similar issues tonight. Sometimes some of the images don't load, other times every image and the style sheet itself doesn't load. This is the case right now. I've just got a white page with text links on it that appears to be the Windows Central menu.

Earlier tonight the site was loading fine but with some images missing. On investigation, it seemed the missing images were all trying to be served by https. If I took one of the image urls and removed the s from https, the image loaded fine.

I've tweeted Dan Rubino about it on twitter, including a screenshot, but I've had no response yet. This issue is pretty much making WC a no-go area for me, which is a shame I'm going to miss reading its news every day. At least I've got the app on my phone to tide me over.

I use Chrome (stable channel) and I've already cleared my cache, rebooted routers, disabled all extensions, ad blockers, etc. All with no effect.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
