No, I used 830 as an example. Though if your provider hasn't pushed firmware updates over the air, you can get it through the device recovery tool.

UPDATE:
I apologize, WDRT recovered my phone with last firmware and build .164, not 212.
Nice step forward considering my 650 got out-of-the-box the old 10586.11 November 2015 build (togheter with the previous firmware).

Maybe WDRT will be updated soon to .212

I wrote Windows10 phones, assuming I was talking about 550, 650, 950.

I reverted my 650 using WDRT and it found and downloaded o.s. build 10586.164 and firm 00037.16082.4100X.
My 650 out-of-the-box got the old o.s. build 10586.11 and previous firm

It's still pretty neat! If MS would allow us to download certain packages (let the program detect the phone first) and store them, it would make the whole insider testing thing much easier!

My Lumia 520 is not responding to anything.I have tried both soft and hard reset but it still remains in the same status.I have downloaded WDRT and followed every step and at last it tell me that installation failed ,On the installation step on WDRT the phone firmware is not being detected it is reading UNKNOWN what can i do.From Zimbabwe

Plug WDRT and use the option Unknow Phone
