Weather tile not working with iOS Phone

Hi, I can't seem to get the weather tile on my Band 2 to work. I have it synced to an iPhone 6 (iOS 9.2). If I tap on the weather tile it indicates 00 Degrees Farenheit for current and all other weekdays (although I have my settings on Metrics; so it should indicate Celsius). Also, when I slide all the way to the right it shows the right location. So it seems that the location information come through just fine.

Do you experience the same ...any idea how to fix that?

Don't understand your abbreviation B2, the tiles works fine on both my Windows 10 phones, maybe you should unsinc the device. I mostly use Weather Bug instead of Microsoft weather, since I can get more information, I can tape on the weather map and check on rain, there are camera shots to check, etc.

I assume as he is using B2 to refer to Band 2 (as he is posting in the Band 2 forum), therefore comments about apps on your Win Phone isn't relevant.
The weather tile is working ok on my Band, but it is paired to a WP, maybe there is someone out there with an iPhone syncing to their Band that can comment.

Weather tile works for me with iOS and Band 2. You do have to enable location for the iOS Band app, which I find annoying, it requires the phones location services to be on. I wish I could just give it a preferred zip code.

My temp is set to Fahrenheit, but when I switch to Celsius still works.

Thank you so much for your feedback David. That is so weared. I have location enabled for Health App and it does not work. As mentioned above, when I slide all the way to the right on the weather tile it indicates the right location ...so the location information comes through just fine on my Band 2. Must be something else???

I'll go try it out today. What region of the world are you in? Can you try changing the city (Manage Tiles in the Health App, tap the pen icon next to Weather), and see if that helps?

Hi devbent. Thank you for your response! My location is Berlin/Germany. Interestingly enough in the Health App on my iPhone I do not have a pen icon next to weather :shocked:. Any idea what else I can do to get my weather tile working?

Apparently I was wrong, location services is use determine the user's location. I may have been thinking of some ancient pre-release builds. I've post since it is just flat out wrong.

I asked the app and there is a known is a know issue fetching weather information for some parts of the world, they are looking into the root cause.
