web page scrolling juddery?

What I'm experiencing on my arrive is when I flick the screen to scroll up or down on the web page the screen judders, its most noticeable when its zoomed in. Not sure if this is normal or not.

Is this all websites or just ones that are big, slow and complicated?

Scrolling is usually pretty bad on my Focus whenever I visit the full version of WPCentral.

Its really bad on wpcentral. Not so bad on autotrader, so not sure if this is normal. Just wanted to make sure I'm not the only one.

I've noticed certain websites that are very jittery, but most of them have been fine.
