Website support for W10 for phones

So, before I decide to install W10 on my 635, I need to know one thing: Can you install apps to a phone with W10 on it from Windowsphone.com?

You couldn't in the last preview build, which is why I went back to 8.1, so I just want to make sure before I make the jump.

That's just it: I want to be sure I'll be able to BEFORE I make the leap.
I already talked to Gabe about that. He said he'd get in touch with the people in charge of the site.
I just want someone to confirm whether the site supports W10 for phones yet or not.

Why is being able to install from the site important?
If it doesn't work, the Store does.
