Photo was taken with Lumia 720 using SophieLens near Pune(India) Outskirt during monsoon season. As you can see a white flower with Pawana Dam backwater and Fort Tung covered by clouds

Wow, there are so many awesome shots in this thread!! Here's my entry.

Last night's sunset was really spectacular. We were lucky enough to be outdoors, at a park, to enjoy it. I was taking pictures of the sunset when I stumbled upon this nicely constructed sand castle. Immediately, I imagined a picture of the sand castle with the sunset across the bay in the background. I had to get down in the sand to take this picture. I wondered if my Lumia 920 could create a bokeh effect with the background out of focus. I had one concern however - shooting into a sunset usually results in darker foregrounds, creating nice silhouettes. But I wanted the foreground to be brightly lit. So if I were to tap and focus on the sandcastle, it would accomplish that, however with the negative side effect of overexposing the background and ruining the wonderful colors in the sunset. So I used the manual controls, set the focus on the castle, brought down the EV so as to not wash out the background colors and took this snap. Came out lovely, IMHO (even has the bokeh effect). Of course, I had to brighten up the foreground a bit using post-processing apps. I used Adobe Photoshop Express and Fotor to enhance the photo a bit.

Thanks for your time. Good luck everybody!

Taken from my new Lumia 925 at 6 a.m. A few hours before the hectic schedule begin, the city looks so calm and beautiful. A gentle breeze, open sky and fresh air.

Those are mushrooms on my house front. I took the photo with a Nokia Lumia Icon using the refocus app from Nokia. This was and idea that just suddenly came up to my head.

- device used: Nokia Lumia 930
- date: 08-10-2014
- editing: just some basic contrast, brightness and color adaption with Paint.Net

The picture was taken in the Alpes in France at about 2500 meters of height. The narrow stony tracks you can see on the left is actually the road we used to drive up the mountain. The area is inhabited by marmots but unfortunately they wouldn't show up for Windows Phones.

I took this picture while sitting in a shaky car, so this picture is another good demonstration of the 930's great OIS

I took this photo with Lumia 820 using the Nokia Refocus app and edited it in the Nokia Creative studio :)
While it seems like a normal flower shot, it was taken right next to the highest mountain of Czech republic (not that in the background) not far from borders between Czech rep. and Poland., so it's at least a bit special :)

Captured using Nokia Pro Cam with Nokia Lumia 1020. Taken in Dubai, U.A.E, at the Dubai Miracle Garden. 5MP oversampled image edited with auto-fix with the default Windows 8.1 Photos app: WP_20131213_15_39_15_Pro_edited.jpg

Took my girlfriend for a walk over a countryside. She uses Nikon D90 so we took a tripod + ND filters and did some longer exposure shots of those wind turbines. Pity that I couldn't do that with my 1020, but hey - I got that beautiful countryside shot!
Did some tweaking with exposure, contrast and vibrancy with Adobe Photoshop Express.

Oh, and I had to resize that photo, because it was taken with Proshot. Initially it was 4.8mb so I couldn't upload it here. If any1 needs original, I can share it.

Tortosa.jpg

Taken with my Nokia Lumia 1020 in Tortosa. Edited with Adobe Photoshop while my friends were trying to get an "acceptable" picture of this amazing moment with theirs... iPhones ^^ Their reaction when they saw my picture was quite amazing.

This photo was taken with a Lumia 920 with the standard Nokia Camera App. It's from Dunkerhook Park, the Glen Rock area in New Jersey. There is a section of this foresty park where the trees seem to curve over the path like an awning. I took this picture about a year ago right as the leaves were beginning to turn.

The missus picked up a crystal ball from a charity shop a little while ago and I thought it would be a good idea to take it with me on a recent trip to the Brecon Beacons. This photo was taken at Blaen-Y-Glyn waterfalls and was taken on my 1020. I like the end result.
