Weird Camera issue on Insider 14385

The attached picture says it all...

When I go into the camera app on my Lumia 830 running 10.0.14385.0, I have no icons on the on-screen buttons/functions- the camera/video/settings icons are little identical rectangles, and there are no icons in the settings bar. (That's the advanced one- the basic one with the swap, flash, and HDR buttons is completely blank- I have to tap where I remember the icon used to be!)

Anyone else seeing this on the Redstone builds? This also happened on the prior 14383 build, and a store update of the Windows Camera app didn't fix it.
