Weird issue, need comments/help/input

Just thought I throw this out there and I know this forum is pretty dead these days, but what the heck, and who knows maybe someone has had this happen also. I've never experienced anything like this before on any tablet or laptop computer ever. I've had my surface 2 since launch day and it has been stellar everyday ever since, no issues with it at all. This morning I fire it up as usual and go to my first website. It asks me to sign in, weird because I seldom get asked, but ok I sign in. Seems a tad slower than usual. Long story short I visit my usual same sites, same everyday and each one wants me to sign in. None of these sites are security sites, just various forums I frequent and other things I'm interested in where I can chat with others of like interests. Is my surface somehow infected with a virus or something? Is the hard drive going out? Something else I noticed that maybe makes me think hard drive issues, I checked for updates, thinking maybe I missed one and it would help. There was one waiting so I click install and it says I don't have enough disc space! WTF! Not enough space? Thats impossible as I don't have anything stored on here at all, it is completely bare bones lean.
​I could see having to sign in once in awhile but not all 25 sites I visit each day and not being able to install an update due to lack of disc space when I have basically nothing on the damn disc to begin with. I'll probably try a hard reset back to factory condition in a day or two, but thought I'd wait and throw this out to anybody passing by. TIA

It sounds like to me that you likely cleared your internet history including passwords you had saved for all those sites.Is that why you had to sign in again to all of them ? Where you automatically signed in before ?

yeah I would have thought that too except I didn't clear any history. and yeah those are sites that I go to every day and they save my password because they're just not high security at all. also the fact that I couldn't install that update due to lack of disk space is really puzzling me. that seems to have happened along with everything else so I think somehow they are maybe related. furthermore, something else but forgot to mention is that some of the sites would not load telling me the address was incorrect when in fact it's the same address I've been using for years.
EDIT: more weirdness, now my OEM email app that I've been using since day one is saying it cannot be opened as it is broken and needs repair. It suggests a new download of the app but my surface says it has not enough memory space in storage to perform this task.
EDIT: Now im getting the low memory alarm all the time. When I follow the prompts to clear up some space it says I have 23MB left out of 25GB total. However it only shows 455MB as being in use. Also my home screen tiles are all changing places, just randomly re-ordering themselves. Going to do a cache clean if I can figure out how.
