Weird playlist bug

So I've been noticing something weird with a playlist I have. It's basically one that contains all of the music on my phone plus a few things downloaded via my XBM subscription. I set it to random and once in a while it plays something that I downloaded at one time via subscription but later removed. I've verified I can NOT find the songs/artists that are randomly popping up while playing the playlist by looking in the songs and the artists section but somehow those songs are still creeping in (and it's not the same exact ones all the time). I verified over USB that nothing is in the XBM folders either for the cache. I double checked online at XBM and nothing shows there either in the playlist. Anyone have a clue here?
