weird yellow line and touch failure

i am facing this issue where my display and start screen is boxed inside a yellow rectangle. The touch also is not working so i cant go into settings . i noticed it today evening and a soft reset hasn't helped, i have not made a back up so i am not looking to hard reset the device , unless that is the only way out.

the device is lumia 535 , os v 14393.67

this is possibly due to narrator getting activated, but how could i disable it when my touch isnt working?

update: i have got it working , and the combo is VOLUME UP+WINDOWS KEY.

the weird thing is how this got activated, i didn't do it myself and the device was under pin.
