When they first announced windows 10, I'm pretty sure I saw a video saying we would be able to label pics and add tags to our photos. Actually, that was the only thing that really excited me since I'm not so computer savvy that most of the features mattered.
I haven't been able to find any sort of photo label thing. And of course MS has some sort of anti manual or anti decent help system, so I have no idea at all of how to access this system if it exists.
Any one know if this exists and if so how to find it?
