Please help me with the USB drivers of Nokia Lumia 1520 for Windows 7.

What exactly is your issue? These drivers normally get installed upon first connection automatically. If it doesn't work for you, you can try two things before searching and installing the required drivers manually:

1) Try and plugin your phone on any other USB port. Since they work independent from one another, Windows should try and install the drivers for your phone.

2) Remove the drivers from the Windows 7 device manager and let it scan for recently added hardware. This should also discover the device again and automatically install the drivers for it.

3) Many times Windows fails to recognize a connected device it's neither the fault of the device itself nor Windows. It's mostly due to a defective USB cable. Try and use a different one and see if Windows now correctly detects you device.

Make sure you delete any drivers from My Comp-(right click)-Manage turn off your phone connect it to your computer wait for it to boot you should get the drivers
