What are the correct APN settings for a Lumia 1520 on Straight Talk?

I used the T-Mobile compatible SIM card from the BYOP kit sold at Walmart. I have used the APN settings that their BS customer service gave me and the settings changes that the internet says works, but none of them work. I made sure that my house is serviced by both T-Mobile and Straight Talk. However, I still can not get any data.

I tried the suggestions of the first answer, but they did not work. I need the Settings for the following entry points: Internet APN: APN, Username, Password, Authentication Type, Proxy Server (URL), Proxy Port, IP Type; MMS APN: APN, Username, Password, Authentication type, WAP gateway (URL), MMSC (URL), MMSC Port, Maxixmum MMS Size, IP Type
