What are the LTE bands in Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL (Windows phone, T-Mobile) ?

[Windows Central Question]

T-Mob page for Windows version of this phone lists B2/4/12; but then Android version of this phone on Alcatel's site has LTE B2/4/5/7/12/17 listed. I'm interested if these other bands (especially band 7) could be accessible on Windows phone version (for using when traveling overseas; getting it unlocked first, obviously).
