What can be done about apps not opening?

every once in a while my mtalk app will not open ive tried reinstalling, hard resetting and it won't open. Happens with a couple apps. Sometimes it will eventually open, but is there a work around for this? Is this happening to anyone else?

every once in a while my mtalk app will not open ive tried reinstalling, hard resetting and it won't open. Happens with a couple apps. Sometimes it will eventually open, but is there a work around for this? Is this happening to anyone else?

I'll bump into this problem very rarely with apps like Audible & Flixster. The only solution I've found is a soft reset. And it has worked 100% of the time. Not sure what's causing it. Must be some sort of hang up with the apps.
