What can i do with my Lumia 520 now ?

I don't know why my phone became like this. When i was using it, it suddendly restart then i've got this
PLEASE HELP ME !

Press and hold volume down and power button until your phone restarts.

I tried but i still cannot solve this problem.

You could also try changing background photo, change number of columns as there was issue with overlapping tiles. And if that does not solve the problem try hard resetting.

I cannot touch anything. It's always show that when i turn on my phone and i can't do anything
