I downloaded Nokia Care Suites and I updated my lumia with the ROM 820.. it wont let me update it with the ROM 821. What do i do...

Let me understand... you want to change the RM-820 to RM-821 rom is that correct?

You can convert your Lumia 920 AT&T (RM820) to a international one (RM821) with this tutorial.
