I have a nokia lumia 635 and when I try to download or update a app it gives me the error code 80048103. help please

I found these possible solutions on the Microsoft Community forum:

"Please try the following steps:

Sign in with your Microsoft account to https://account.live.com/ and verify all the personal details are filled in. If you are prompted, reset your password there.
Sign in with your Microsoft account to Xbox Live Gold | Official Site, verify your personal details are correct. You will see the Gamer tag associated with your account in the top right corner of the page. You will also be prompted to accept the Terms of Use.
Please reset Date+time on your phone. In Settings > Date+Time > Tap to toggle Set automatically to Off > Tap each of the options to set the current Time zone, Date, and Time.
Restart your phone and verify if you can access OneDrive and can update the apps.
