What does Error Code 85010014 mean in Lumia 730

Whenever I sync my Workplace Account with its Server, It shows this Error and says Not Updated. The account is working Fine on my PC.

Basically there is a sync problem which can have several root causes.
If you use a work account your company may need to do some thing additional so ask your IT department.
Are you sure you want to use a work account, why not just add it as a "normal" account.
