What does it mean by these number people had this feedback in the Windows 10 feedback form.

In Windows 10 feedback app,we can see many feedback's by other users.When clicked...It shows that 10 people had this feedback,30 people had this feedback etc.What does this mean?Does this mean that these much people liked that feedback or they also have written the same feedback?

The have given feedback that are pretty much the same, but why is that an issue?

Ok My answer is based on my own assessment of the matter, so perhaps someone else can shed more light on the situation

whenever there is a problem found people click on it to add/vote to that problem. Meaning more than one has it.

Or many people voted to that subject to be fixed or wanting changes.

No it means that much people agree to your feedback. You can treat it as a like, or a vote on uservoice.

How do we agree to a feedback?When we just click it,will it count as we also agree to that feedback?Or do we have to click the send button below to show them that we also agree to that feedback?

I can't remember, I'd have to start up my VM to check it. But I think you don't have to press Send, the click on 'Me too' is enough.
The same feature is available on the official microsoft support forum. You can leave more feedback, or you can just agree to an already existing one.

If I click on "Me Too" then I might add or not add a comment. I always then click send. Not sure if that is the only way, but it is my way of going through that process.
