Hi Welcome to Windows Central! What kind of device are you getting this on? Could be a graphics problem. Check your manufacture and see if there is a update for your graphics card. Could be a monitor problem. Do you have another monitor you could try? Do you only get this when loading or playing games? If you need more help, please join the forum Here!
