What does Memory out of line: 1 mean?

Memory out of line: 1

Hi there, can anyone pls tell me what the "memory out of line:1" means? I have the nokia lumia 630 and i do have space left on it. How can i fix it pls?

Maybe delete browsing history, clear temp files then reboot...

Have the exact same problem on my L720. Only started after the PFD latest update. Happens mostly when I open Weave or use Google search app.
