There are quite a few Expense Trackers on Marketplace; most of them are crap - those that do work, however, have some limited functionality and/or irritating UI.

I've manged to find a really good one that works excellent and has all features I need - Moneyrr
I use budgets a lot - weekly, monthly - and Moneyrr does them perfectly. I can add and edit expense categories, filter my data, and finally I can schedule my payment on 2nd Friday of each month! And all is where I expect it to be - not hidden away on some distant screen.

Still, I was wondering why personal finance section is so daft in general. After all, expense trackers been around for a long time - no need to invent a bicycle...

I still use MS Money on my PC and used to use it on my Pocket PC in 2002.
I want to find a replacement app that syncs between my desktop and mobile version.

Anyone found anything?
i can find good desktop & good mobile apps but nothing that is on both & synchs x-platform,

I used My Budget Free edition on the phone.
It's not perfect, but i didnt have time to try out others.

Tried Expensify. Still finding my way around. It has limitation regarding bank data import outside the US and not much features (the apps is basically just a cash expense data entry tool for the website; while the website is more geared to managing employee's expense during trip and send that report to the accounting department to be approved and reimbursed.

But the best solution I had for expense tracker is just save all the receipts in my wallet and type it down into custom made Excel spreadsheet when I got home. Not to mention it’s easier to copy paste similar items.
Use case is limited to keeping record of personal money flow and no complex analysis or reporting though, so the crude method works best. And no budgeting.

We really need some classy developers to develop for WP. Most of the apps available are so so and the UI is mostly pathetic. I've currently settled on Expensify because it gets me closest to the functionality needed. It still has much to improve.

moBudget is probably the best one out there. Tons of feature. And the developer is always updating (been since 2 years when it was on wp7). So far, best app out there by far. Give it a shot.

No need to install any apps or buy them. It takes just few minutes to create your own in google dows.
