what happened to my avater in wp8.1

That is weird, mine is just fine.

Try restarting the phone. May just need a refresh. If no change, try changing your avatars items to see if it's the items you're using or not.

Some avatar costumes get this visual error as they're not supported by the mobile app...restart the phone, if it doesnt help change your constume, save and change back to what you wanted for re-test

what is the combination for soft reset it seems it has changed as well

when I chose change my style then tops the avatar looks ok
but when I chose dress up the avatar shows with no body in the games
btw the avatar looks ok in the xbox extra while editing
it's seems to me a bug some where
any way that's not so important but still it's a glitch
