What Happened to My System Sounds?

950XL single sim with insider .63 OS and latest firmware. I just noticed my system sound is gone. The sound the phone makes when I charge my phone, the sound my phone makes when I push the power button to put the phone to sleep or wake the phone...gone. I tried going into settings and it shows I have system sounds checked ON. What could have happened?

I actually Bing'ed the issue and read a quick fix that worked. Toggling the quiet time on and then off did the trick. I now have my lock/unlock sound back.

I got the same issue and don't have the sound nor the vibration notifications for the emails and sms..
