What happened to the App store?

My flickr central app on my Lumia 640 stopped working last night. This morning I looked for it in the Store and couldn't find it. Then I looked for any other flickr app and nothing came up on search. That's when I noticed ALL the categories of apps had NOTHING in them.

Its been like this for a while now. I can get anything to show in the store other then what is listed when you go to the first Store pages. You know, the apps that automatically show up first. Other then that, nothing.
