What happened?

What happened !!!!

I was installing w10 suddenly screen was black.. After time i turned off then on.. And they restore me to w7 and saying ur windows is not genuine but it was genuine before installation as they said please help me

Try installing Windows 10 again. Download the ISO and do a clean install if you must. There's a chance you were sold a non-genuine version of Windows 7. Press Windows Key+R to open Run and type "winver" without the quotation marks to see what version you're running exactly. It should be Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
