WPCentral Question
I updated my phone and when I was about to enable the call blocking I saw this:
"This application allows you to block unwanted phone calls and SMS from phone numbers defined by you. By using this application, you agree that Microsoft Mobile may pre-scan your incoming text messages. NO information regarding your messages is sent to Microsoft Mobile or any third party."
Are all text messages being "pre-scanned" or just the ones from blocked numbers? If Microsoft Mobile is pre-scanning the text messages, why does the statement say no information is sent to Microsoft Mobile. They already have it, no? Why does anything need to be "pre-scanned" to be blocked? What does "pre-scanning" mean?
