Hi, I'm using Windows Phone 8.1 and having been using apps to access YouTube and Twitch.tv but recently I have not been able to watch any videos or live streams. The error code 3101 has been displayed and it claims there is something wrong with my internet connection but this is not true. Any advice? Thanks.
