I have build 10586.107. Is this the latest for Lumia 1520 ?

no, check again. people are saying the install takes you to 107, the you need to check again to get 164

Thanks for the reply. I tried to check the update, 2 or 3 times in a row every day, and it keeps telling me that my device is up to date.
Any suggestions to get the update ? What is the latest build ?

I was on Fast ring. I changed it to Release Preview and now I got the update to .164. Thanks!
