What is the best build,now, for flash xiaomi mi4

I've just buy a mi4 LTE only for have a First experience with win10 ...and if is not positive I could return to android. I use the phone for work, for me isn't a problem do frequents upgrades, but I need a stable os..so what is the best build for me?

whatever you can get that is most recent without using Windows Insider.

make sure your speech, region and language settings are in order.

I think you can't have Cortana in Italian on the MI4 because as a test rom they gave only the chinese and English options as system languages. Cortana follows the language of the system, not the keyboard language

Why would Xiaomi start selling what is to be expected an unpopular version of a somewhat outdated model when people who really want Windows 10 can just install the ROM? I just think it poses unnecessary logistics costs and such for not much benefit.
