What is the best GBA emulator for win10mob?

Hey,
there seem to be a couple of different GBA emulators out there, some for free some not. What is in your opinion the best out there? Also has one of them the option to save games in the cloud, so you could play on different devices?

I'm a fan of VBA10.

EDIT: I broke out my actual Game Boy Advance and have been playing on that lately.
