Bought on eBay. New with clean IMEI.

I believe the Vzw one is already SIM unlocked...

The Verizon one is already unlocked but I was unable to simply put in a T-Mobile SIM card. It would not recognize it
no matter what I did.

I had to pickup a Verizon SIM card and insert it and then it let me into the settings to switch it to Global mode, You also need to change the
APN settings to match Tmobiles (or AT&T's if you have one of their SIM cards).
