What is the future of the home user of microsoft?

I watched some of the Microsoft build 2018. Everything seems to be pointing towards Microsoft centering in on business and commercial customers. Where are they going with the individual users that have used Windows forever? Anyone have any insight?

If I had to run my personal life like a business, I'd be out of business in no time.

You can subscribe to office 365, and eventually Microsoft 365. You will also be able to purchase an Xbox if you like.
Other than that any other device or service you purchase or subscribe to, may or may not be running on Azure, which won't matter to the consumer either way.
