Recently when I heard the news for firmware update availability for lumia 650 and 550, I got curious and immediately connected my phone to my PC and updated my mobile. Now I have the firmware updated to 16352.50006 but when I have noticed that the people are talking about some different firmware update version. Now I am confused what is going on. Moreover, in the current update that is 16352.50006, I am unable to uninstall/re-install an application from my windows 10 mobile. The app is faded out in the app list and the status shows as "Pending" and when I open the store, it doesn't give me the option to download or launch the app. I have check the app through the storage app and it is nowhere present in the app list. So, I guess its a kind of deadlock situation. If some one can help me on that , that would be much appreciated.

you have the latest firmware , no need to worry .
perform a soft reset by holding down volume down+ lock key until the phone reboots. Soft reset is meant to fix such minor bugs.

perhaps give it a day to sort out
Or try downloading a new app and see if that triggers the perfect workout app to download
