what is the name of the old windows phone fitness app

i have a nokia phone and am tying to get information on the windows fitness ap that was installed on it when I bought it. the app is no longer supported by microsoft

Wasn't it something like "Health & Fitness"?

The new one is Microsoft Health. It's principally set up for use with the Microsoft Band 2. But it will automatically record "steps" sensed by the phone and permit weight entry, maybe one or two other things. It's newish and updated fairly frequently. Health and Fitness is discontinued.

Tangentially, Microsoft has HealthValue, an seemingly aging app / web page were you can record your personal medical stuff.
